Tyler is who you will be greeted by when you walk in the doors. He is our service advisor, but did you know he is also a Red Seal ticketed mechanic? He has a wealth of knowledge from both his time as a mechanic, and his time as service advisor/assistant service manager at Nanaimo Toyota.

Brian comes from a mixed mechanical background, from being a master technician at Nissan to being the lead tech at a local aftermarket shop.

Nathan, being a Toyota master technician and the shop foreman at the local dealership, specializes in Asian vehicles, and is our resident Hybrid and Electric vehicle tech.

Jared has been a familiar face at Northend for many years! He has incredible knowledge of all makes and models. His work is as impeccable as his personality, and that is saying quite a lot!
